 Return and Refund Policy


Scope and Intent

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the  Northern fashions website.

 

Return Window

Customers in  Canada / UK  have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason.


Return Instructions

1. Return Notification: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@northernfashions.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

 

Return period

You can return a product within 30 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

Orders after 24hrs cannot be cancelled if items have left the warehouse 

Return costs

You are responsible for the cost of the return. We recommend using a shipping method with a track & trace system, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Please note that return charges start from GBP 15 / 25 CAD  for a small parcel; however, these charges may be higher for larger parcels. The return package should be sent to our address in China.

Make sure the package is sent to our warehouse in China and that a tracking number is provided.

Return label

It is important to note that the return label is the customer's responsibility. Customers should download and print the return label themselves. Please ensure that you print and affix the return label correctly to the return package before returning it. You must provide us with the tracking number 

Exchange

We offer the option of exchange as soon as the return package reaches our warehouse in China. Once the returned item is received and checked with us, you can choose to exchange it for another item or size, subject to availability. Please contact us via our customer service team to start the exchange process and receive any further instructions.

Reimbursement

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you by e-mail about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded via your original payment method. Depending on the policy of your bank or credit card company, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Exceptions

There may be situations where only partial refunds will be issued. This includes products with obvious signs of use, any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons beyond our control, and any item returned more than 14 days after delivery. Please note that there will be a charge if the returned item arrives to us and is damaged.

For any questions or comments about your specific item, we advise you to contact us before returning the product.

- Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged, send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation 

- Product Never Arrived: If your product never arrived, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product is not found, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.

- Cancellation After Order, You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

 

Timelines

 - Return Window:  Returns must be reported and shipped within 30 days of receiving the product.

- Return Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email.

- Refund Conditions: A refund is approved if the product is undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly delivered products approval will be decided after inspection

- Refund Period: After the return is approved, it takes up to 14 days to process the refund to the original payment method.

- Refund Methods: Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following products cannot be returned:

- Custom or personalized items

- Hygiene products (e.g., socks, underwear) unless unopened and unused
