2. What is your return policy?

3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after placement. After this window, cancellation is not possible if the items have already left the warehouse. If you're unsure, contact us immediately after placing your order.

4. How long does shipping take?

We aim to process and ship your order quickly. Delivery usually takes between 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

5. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some popular pieces — especially from our Best Sellers, Dresses, or Jackets & Coats collections — may be restocked. However, many styles are seasonal or limited-run.
